Football Player Welsh Athlete Ramsey Boosts Bounty for Lost Canine in Mexico to £15k
Wales football star Ramsey has raised the reward for details about the vanished pet named Halo to fifteen thousand pounds.
Ex- Premier League club Arsenal and Cardiff City player, who currently is with the Mexican club Pumas in Mexico City, stated that Halo was last seen in San Miguel de Allende, located in the Guanajuato zone.
The beagle, who disappeared on October 9th, was had on a dog tracker collar, and Ramsey shared a Google maps location of where she was last seen.
"Any information about our beloved Halo kindly contact us. Significant bounty for reuniting with her. We are all wishing she's ok and can be back to our family soon," Ramsey wrote on Instagram.
Earlier Offer and Heartfelt Pleas
The footballer first disclosed that Halo had vanished two weeks ago and has since shared numerous images of the beloved pet on Instagram.
A £7,500 reward was originally offered, but with lack of updates on Halo's location after a week, Ramsey and his loved ones increased the reward.
"We just want our pet returned," he expressed in a further request on social media after the elderly dog was lost.
A recent photograph share is a black and white snapshot of Halo sleeping, its head resting in the bend of the athlete's arm, with the message: "How I wish to embrace you one last time sweet Halo."
Household's Worries and Context
Ramsey has also circulated a note from his wife Mrs. Ramsey on social media saying they have several "serious questions" about the incident and are concerned the family "might not receive answers".
"We have yet to haven't found our dog. I don't think we will ever," the spouse's post stated.
The Wales leader became part of Mexico's premier club Pumas UNAM recently and made his debut in the Mexican league in the eighth month.
The Caerphilly-born player is the initial prominent UK athlete to play in the Mexican league.
